The investigation of low-frequency dilaton generation

The electromagnetic source of dilaton is a first invariant the field tensor. For waves, this can be non zero only in near zone. Pulsars and magnetars are natural sources type. We calculated generation dilatons by coherent rotating magnetic dipole moment pulsars magnetars. It shown that radiation waves occurs at two frequencies: rotation frequency neutron star twice frequency. maximal case when angle between axis its equal to 45 degree. If 90 degree, then does not occur. Angular distribution having has maximum along conic surfaces frequency, plane which perpendicular rotation.
